Finally! We are so pleased to announce that Andy Morgan is the new UKirk campus minister at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Andy comes to us from Williamsburg, Virginia, where he serves as the Director of Education Ministries at Williamsburg Presbyterian Church. He’s a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Union Presbyterian Seminary. Andy has infectious energy and a clear vision for UKirk at UTK, and we have no doubt you’ll welcome him warmly into the fold of life on campus.
Andy’s wife, Sarah, also feels called to ordained ministry. She currently serves as the Director of Youth Ministries at Tuckahoe Presbyterian Church in Richmond. The two were married in 2013.
We’ll be throwing a welcome party Wednesday evening on September 30. We hope you’ll join us!
Andy is all over social media. Go find him!
Andy,
Welcome.
My wife and I are W&M alumni (class of ’78) and have lived in Oak Ridge since 1986 and are members at Oak Ridge FPC.
My daughter graduated from W&M a year ago (class of ’14) and played in the Williamsburg Presbyterian Church bell choir. She elected to attend graduate school in Pittsburgh rather than at UT. She could have possibly reconnected with you if she had accepted the graduate school offer from UT.
Looking forward to seeing you around the Presbytery (we don’t get down to UT much.)
Peace,
Dave Mullins
